Duenda
The first really good illustration I've done in a while. This is a Duenda. What's a Duenda? The word "Duenda" is stolen from the Spanish "Duende" which means imp or something like that. Dunedas are like the old "little people" or "fairies" who were more prone to play tricks on people than grant wishes. The kind that stole babies and such. The kind that people put milk out for, so they'd be appeased.
Duendas are part of a story that I'm working on right now. Unfortunately, the story itself is unlikely to turn into a children's book.
